For your memorable event, Casa Rondeña Winery offers a unique setting surrounded by ancient cottonwoods with green lawns alongside the lush vineyards, a beautiful pond and flowing fountains.  We invite you to experience the charm and serenity of the oldest wine-producing region in the Americas.  A picturesque environment, classic architecture, fine hand-crafted wines, attention to detail and commitment to service—this is just a part of what we offer at Casa Rondeña Winery.  We invite you to share the experience.

Rental of space at Casa Rondeña Winery includes use of the Great Hall with two sets of large double doors that open onto the portal and lawns alongside the vineyard and fountain and pond.  As a working winery – the barrels, casks and winemaking equipment add to the charm of hosting your special event at Casa Rondeña. 

We take great pride in maintaining the buildings and grounds at Casa Rondeña Winery.  We ask that you help us in this endeavor.

• No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
• No animals are permitted anywhere on the premises.
• Guests are limited to 150.
• Weddings of 75 or more guests are required to hire a professional parking service.
• All catering must be done by full-service catering companies

We are located in the oldest part of Albuquerque, the agricultural village of Los Ranchos.  We ask for your help as we endeavor to be respectful of our neighbors.

• Music is permitted, but must adhere to Los Ranchos noise regulations.
• Parking is permitted only in designated areas. 
• The guest number limit must be respected.
• Per New Mexico law, no outside alcohol may be brought to the Casa Rondeña Winery property. 
  
  

In planning your special day, you are invited to use our recommended caterers or you are welcome to engage any licensed full-service New Mexico caterer you choose.  Your caterer will be able to help you with rental of tables, chairs, wine glasses, linens and other necessities for the day.

Wedding Pricing

Facility Rental (4 Hours):

• Saturdays & Sundays - $3,500 for 1-50 guests, $4,000 for 51-100 guests and $4,500 for 101-150 guests.
• Fridays - $3,250 for 1-50 guests, $3,750 for 51-100 guests, and $4,250 for 101-150 guests.
• Weekdays - $3,000 for 1-50 guests, $3,500 for 51-100 guests, and $4,000 for 101-150 guests.
• Ceremony only (1.5 Hours) $2,000 for 1-50 guests, $2,500 for 51-100 guests, and $3,500 for 101-150 guests.

·         Reception only (3 Hours) $2,500 for 1-50 guests, $3,000 for 51-100 guests, and $3,500 for 101-150 guests. 

Rotunda Prices (4 Hours):

• Saturdays & Sundays - $2,750 for 1-50 guests.
• Fridays - $2,500 for 1-50 guests.
• Weekdays - $2,250 for 1-50 guests.
• Ceremony only (1.5 Hours) - $1,250 for 1-50 guests.
• Reception only (3 Hours) - $1,750 for 1-50 guests.
   

Rehearsal:

• Rehearsals are scheduled based on availability and the cost for one (1) hour is $250
  
  

This Price Includes:

• Coordination of the details of the wedding ceremony and reception including the basic layout and a timeline of events.
• Setup and takedown all of the tables, chairs and linens on the day of the wedding. Everything above the linen (flatware, stemware, silverware, centerpieces, etc.) is the responsibility of the caterer or wedding party.
• Licensed servers for the wine bar.
• Parking attendant.
  
  

*Casa Rondeña Winery does not own any tables, chairs, or linens. These must be rented through a separate rental company.

Saving the Date

A deposit of $1,000 and signed contract is required to secure dates and prices for the general facility rental. A deposit of $500 and a signed contract is required to secure dates and prices for the Rotunda. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of your event up to 90 days before the event will result in a $500 cancellation fee for the general facility rental or $250 cancellation fee for the Rotunda.  There is no refund for cancellation within 90 days of the scheduled event.
